Prenatal yoga combines stretches to ease pregnancy discomforts and movements to build strength in preparation for labour, birth and motherhood. Enjoy some “me-time” or grab some gal pals to make it a fun friend session. No prior yoga experience is necessary and you should have clearance from your health care provider to participate. All you need is a bit of space in your home and I come to you. You will feel refreshed, relaxed and connected to your baby!

Baby and me yoga is a fun and playful yoga practice centred around Mom or Dad. Babies will enjoy our movements and how we entertain and parents will feel grounded and ready to take on the day. No yoga experience is necessary prior to taking this class. All you need is a blanket for baby, yoga mat and toys if desired. You should get clearance from your health care provider to resume exercise postnatally. Invite some friends over with their babies and let’s get moving again!
